Friendly & accommodating all around! Whether I’m running behind or my son is taking over the waiting area, they work with us. Our last appointment we were mistakenly skipped over a few times. No big deal, I came in a bit discombobulated so I honestly thought it was on me. They got us right in & provided great care. Dr. Ann went out of her way to call me after they closed & she was very apologetic. That’s not a common trait in Doctors😅 Although I didn’t feel there was anything to apologize for, I appreciated the compassion & empathy. That’s someone I want providing care to my son! Trust me! I’m very particular when choosing providers, I followed his pediatrician when she moved to an office 45min away. When you come across great providers, they’re worth keeping! Thank you Dr. Ann & also thank you to Reese for cleaning his teeth today!
