After trying three different dentists and orthodontists, I finally found Dr. Chen and Dr. Jaladhi Patel, and I couldn't be happier with our experience.
Previous providers recommended pulling my daughter's teeth, but Dr. Chen and Dr. Patel took a different approach. They worked together to expand her mouth, allowing her treatment to progress without extracting a single tooth. They truly listened to my concerns and goals for my daughter and created a treatment plan that aligned with what we wanted.
My daughter has always been extremely nervous about dental visits. When it came time to place her expander, what should have been a 20-minute procedure ended up taking about an hour because of her anxiety. I was nearly in tears, but Dr. Patel and her incredible team remained patient, calm, and supportive throughout the entire process.
That experience made all the difference. From that day forward, my daughter completely trusted them and never had another outburst during her appointments. I can't thank them enough for the care, compassion, and understanding they showed her.
I only wish I could share before-and-after photos because the results have been truly remarkable. I drive 40 minutes to their office, and it is absolutely worth every minute of the trip.
They will also be treating my younger daughter, and it gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing that both of my children are in such capable and caring hands. I highly recommend Dr. Chen, Dr. Patel, and their wonderful team.

Nurse Jessica is sweet and kind. This office is child friendly with merits for kids at the end of their appointments. My kids, nieces and nephews love it here.
